Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the specific details of the cartridge you wish to return.
Receive RMA Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label for defective items.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the cartridges in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box.
Quality Inspection and Refund
